Now that training camps are finally here, it is time to make predictions of how each team will do in 2010.

Here is my breakdown of each division in the AFC.

AFC East

The Favorites: The New York Jets finished the 2009 season 9-7 and were the final team to make the playoffs, but they made the most of their opportunity and made it all the way to the AFC Championship Game.  The strength of the Jets was their running game and defense; both ranked first in the NFL.

They spent the offseason upgrading their team in any fashion possible.  In free agency they added RB LaDainian Tomlinson and DE / LB Jason Taylor. They traded for WR Santonio Holmes for a fifth round pick and CB Antonio Cromartie for a third round pick.  Finally, they drafted CB Kyle Wilson and G Vladimir Ducasse.  Expectations are that these moves were the final pieces of a championship team and it is Super Bowl or bust in the second year of the Rex Ryan era…
