The BayBears suffered another heart-breaking extra-innings loss to the Diamond Jaxx. They had scored 3 runs in the 7th to make it 6-6 and force extra innings and took the lead in the top of the 10th but the bullpen couldn’t close things out again. Cody Evans couldn’t hold the lead in the bottom of the 10th and then gave up a walkoff homer to the first batter he faced in the 11th.

The Silver Hawks finally moved off the bottom of their division standings by defeating the Wizards, the team that was directly above them.
