Brett Favre visits San Francisco for possibly the last time?
Now with the Jets, who sit at 8-4 and still look to be a strong contender to make it to the Super Bowl, Favre looks to add another win to his resumé.
But this may be the last time Favre comes to San Francisco. As a 49ers fan, I am glad that this could be his last time. After all the things that he's done to the Niners, I don't want to see him anymore. But as a football fan, this will be pretty exciting to see.
I have tickets to this game and I am excited to finally see Favre play at The 'Stick. And what's also cool is that there is a feature on me in the 49ers Gameday magazine that comes out that day at the stadium.
So this game just isn't a game where the Niners try to play spoliers to the Jets' playoff hopes. But this is a game for me as a fan. I have enjoyed Favre's play as a Packer. He was amazing, especially last season. Of course, the whole fiasco during this offseason was really unnecessary, but I still love him as a player. And now that he comes to San Francisco to play, I just cannot wait to see him play.
The game will be really good. The 49ers look like they have stepped up on defense and the offense, albeit they looked bad on Sunday, may be able to keep it close with the Jets. It's going to be a fun game. Brett Favre is coming to town!
I do hope that he puts on a show, but nothing to the point that beats the Niners. I have a playoff bye on my fantasy team (#1 seed baby!) so I don't need Favre to play well today. But other than that, I want Favre to show some of his Favre magic. But also, I want the Niners to win.
However you may see it, it's going to be great to see Favre for the last time in the Bay Area. He is a Hall of Fame quarterback that probably is our generation's biggest superstar. I'm going to enjoy this game. It will just be great to see Brett Favre play.

LB Ahmad Brooks has rejoined the 49ers. Brooks, who was originally waived to make room for WR Chris Hannon, will now take Hannon's spot on the roster after the 49ers decided to waive the wide receiver.
Maybe we'll see Brooks play in the near future?

What is this a Favre love fest ? I want the 49ers to dominate on Sunday to the point that the game is over by the end of the first half.

And I would like that too. I would love to see the Niners dominate.
But remember, this is one of the best players ever. And as a football fan, I want to see the great one do what he's famous for. But I want him to lose still. I always want the Niners to win, first, always.

I don't mind the Jets but I don't want them to win against the Niners. Favre can have a good game against some other team. In fact I wanted Favre and the Jets to beat the other California teams.

Hey, as long as the Niners win. That's the only thing I really want to see.
