Langerhans Traded to Oakland
Ryan Langerhans, the Braves slumping outfielder was traded to Oakland today for cash and a player to be named later. Willie Harris has been re-called from AAA Richmond to take Langerhans’ roster spot. The Reds just picked up the A’s best relief prospect for Chris Denorfia, an outfielder who will be sidelined for the entire 2007 season following Tommy John surgery, so we could get an impact player. Check back for an updates in the story.
