As long as he stays in AAA (barring emergency) I say let Bowden help his guys. (Of course that won’t happen, but I’ll blindly think that’s what will happen right now. Why worry about it.)

We are getting to the end of former Reds Bowden could possibly obtain. I fear he might spend too much in talent to get Griffey, but I am confident Griffey has a number of arcane contract protections that would make that impossible.
