Reds not so “hot” anymore

I can’t help but feel the Reds have blown a couple opportunities to continue their winning ways the last few nights.  Monday night, 4-0 lead blown with bad defense…Reds lose 6-5 in the ninth.  Last night, not a great outing by Matt Belisle, but for him it was.  If you get Matt Belisle to throw six innings and only give up three, and you still lose, you have blown a chance to win.

Here’s hoping Johnny Cueto can pick up where he left off last Friday against the Indians tonight.  With the Padres throwing three lefties in succession Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, the Reds are in dire need of a win tonight since they don’t fare so well against southpaws.
