dude, they split with the mets. The same Mets who are fighting for first in the NL East. Yeah, 3 out of 4 would have been GREAT, but a split is improvement at this point. Especially with the 3 upcoming series SD, HOU, WAS. 7 out of 9 is very possible. Don’t give up yet.

In my defense, I wrote that after they blew the first game of the series on Thursday. I was frustrated because it would have been a good way to start the second half They battled back and found a way to take the lead. Then, to lose that way to the red-hot Mets (whom everyone has dubbed as the World Series favorites due to their winning streak) just hurt a bit. I’m fine now. :-)
