Josh Beckett could not get through 3 innings of work in his start against the Blue Jays giving up 10 hits and 8 runs in a 15-4 losing effort.

Beckett allowed six runs to score in the top of the first inning and that is all that Toronto and Shaun Marcum needed for the win.
