Kemp, Torrealba Suspended
The AP on ESPN.com reports that consequences have been handed down from the brawl Tuesday in the Rockies-Dodgers game.
Matt Kemp of LA was suspended four games and fined, while Yorvit Torrealba of Colorado was suspended three games and fined. These two players got into a fight that started the bench-clearing action.
Kemp will appeal and can therefore play tonight against the Cubs. The Rockies are off tonight, so Torrealba can wait until tomorrow to decide if he wants to appear to play against the Brewers. These both seem like perfectly good suspensions.
