Some weekend thoughts….
I really enjoyed the race from Montreal. I thought it would have been a wreck fest at Montreal when they went to the rain tire, but it was a normal race. Slower, but normal.
ESPN sure showed how bad the weather was when Carl Edwards was using a squeegee to clean off his window.
Even Tony Stewart during the rain delay at Pocono had only good things to say about the rain tires used at Montreal.
I would call it one of the best races of the season.
The Pocono race was interesting. The rain sured played a major role in who won the race. It was nice to see only one competition yellow for once and some green flag pit stops.
