Shaq has no life
Late Sunday night (instead of ordering Big Mac’s at a local McDonald’s), Shaquille O’neal was busy dissing his former teammate Kobe Bryant.
“You know how I be, last week Kobe couldn’t do without me.”
Shaq continued his rap stating expletives and pretty much slamming Kobe for Shaq’s divorce. I don’t know what this whole divorce situation is about but Shaq is out of his mind.
Shaq is certainly past his prime and his time for dominance is gone; he’s trying to strengthen his legacy in Los Angeles by stating that he is the sole reason that the Lakers won the three championships. Sole reason? No. Biggest reason? Yes. During those championship years, Shaq was the most dominant big man that the game had seen. He was ripping up double-teams and triple-teams with no fear and the Lakers marched their way through the playoffs with an undetermined vengeance. The Kobe-Shaq feud continued to grow and eventually the Lakers opted to keeping Kobe and kicking Shaq out. I don’t care what anyone says but a feud between two grown men cannot be forgotten. It can be forgiven but not forgotten. It’s just not that easy. Especially when your sitting at home, like Shaq, and watching your former counterpart winning a MVP and fighting for a title.
Shaq has grown jealous of Kobe and on Sunday night, maybe with some alcohol, Shaq just let his subconscious mind tell the truth. Shaq refuted the comments and stated later Monday that the rap was just for fun, “Everyone that knows Shaq knows two things about me: One, that I’m a rapper, and two, that I’m a comedian. When I played with Kobe, me, him, Brain Shaw, J.R. Rider, we had freestyle sessions all the time…all in fun and we said crazier stuff than that. If I hurt anyone’s feelings, I apologize.” Sure Shaq, go ahead and cover yourself up. You know that your time is over and Kobe, with the help of some better teammates, will be holding the O’Brien trophy soon. What gives Shaq the room to talk anyway? Shaq can’t even win with a loaded roster in Phoenix.

You know how I be, i need icy hot to cool down my knee.
I’m as tall as a tree, but as dumb as a brick.
I talk about Kobe cause I got no dick!

Kobe needs to respond with a laugh and not much more. Shaq is certainly looking for attention, but he was making it up as he went. He must have said biggie 20 times.

Sorry, but I’m with Shaq. I’m still mad the LA let him go instead of conceited Kobe. Which by the way finally can say that he is not, neither will be close to MJ. On the other hand Shaq has made his own way. Yeah Shaq is not as dominant as some years ago, but that is EXPECTED. In a team you always need more guys to pull it off, but it shows clearly who was Batman and who will always be Robin. Sure next year Kobe MIGHT have a chance if Bynum is up to the task… hmmm I wonder here who will be the sidekick. Shaq made him teammates greater… kobe just uses them to get the ball and shoot.

I thought it was a pretty good riff. That is going to stick to Bryant a lot longer than the rape charge. From now on every time anyone looks at the ugly **** there will be a smirk on their face as they can’t help themselves from thinking about him kissing Shaq’s massive butt.

Riff? for what? It’s not like Kobe did something to piss him off. There was no reason and no explanation for what he did. It was lame.
Enrique, yes your right that Shaq is not dominant and that is NOT expected. But, he shouldn’t have came into Phoenix with his cocky attitude saying that he was going to lead the Suns to a championship and bring a title home. This guy is arrogant to the point he is annoying. People are starting to forget him now so he starts rapping and talking in third-person.

I think Shaq is obsessed with Kobe, he always has been. All Kobe wanted Shaq to do was work on his game in the summer. Not too much to ask for in my opinion.

Check one, check one…the people call me Shaq
Every time I say “Kobe”, I end up talkin’ smack
But the matter of the fact is that he has what I lack,
A team with a shot, well…not me with my bad back!

I got more rhymes than Shaq drops dimes,
Wishes he was back with Kobe and havin’ good times.
But like the rappin’ genie, his show is lame
He tries to bust a verse, but he got no game.
All day, every day people. You know how I be. Ripping up Shaq like REAL MC!!!!!!

The burning question that Kobe has yet to answer……”How does his ass taste?”.
That is what everyone wants to know.
June 24th, 2008 at 2:17 pm
Don’t kiss the cook, that ass tastes lazy.
The big boy’s memory gone a little hazy.
Last week, Kobe needed Bynum more than Shaq
Cause a real MC knows a player from a hack
D-Wade won the title for the Heat in ‘06,
And Zo was the better center of the mix.
Shaq thinks he’s still got Diesel in the tank,
Like people and their shit, his rap game stank.
But there’s one thing worse than his busted verse,
His basketball career should be riding in a hearse.
And while he blames Kobe for swinging with his dick,
He’s shooting lines like his free throws - nothing but brick.

Shaq’s fixation on Kobe is a little gay.
Must like it in the ass to want a kiss that way…

Damn MC HaS… Ha-ha…
Shaq is very arrogant, he always has been. He has an ego that needs to be stroked, even when he’s the one that needs to be putting the work in. At this point in his career, he needs to just shut up. He’s not the guy that is going to “make the difference” or bring a championship to any organization. For once in his career, he just needs to stop talking like he is “the man”, work as hard as possible, and hope for 14 and 7 a game. But without some major changes in Phoenix, there will not be any championship run.
As for Shaq the player; he is done. He has been done for a few years. He DID NOT deliver a title to Miami; Wade and his supporting cast (the referees) delivered that title.
As for in LA, sure he got 3 rings out there… But I will always question 2 out of the 3, because without an assist from the NBA I can’t see them beating the Blazers or Kings.
As much as I have hated Kobe in the past, he’s the best player in the league. He carries himself in a respectful way. He works as hard as anyone. Sure he started out as an immature brat, but he’s done a lot of growing over the years. Kobe is earning respect. With Bynum back, and a change here or there, they’ll be back in the NBA Finals come 2009.
That will not be the case for the Suns. It’s kind of sad. If Shaq had half of Kobe’s heart and work ethic he could have won how many more titles?

Can’t agree with you more Damien. Shaq could have gone away known as a respectable center who dominated the game once. But now, he is known as a single man, father of six kids who has nothing else to do on Sunday nights then dissing his old teammate. Just a few hours ago, ESPN reported that the police sherrif that granted Shaq a sherrif badge just took it away. No class and he deserves to go down that way.
This goes into a bigger issue which is: Why is Kobe hated so much? For a guy who has won MVP and many accolades he doesn’t get half the respect a D-Wade does. Very unfair.

Shaq’s biggest crime to the game: showing up out of shape,
Kobe’s crime was off the court when he was accused of rape.
But Kobe matured and learned, now has a happy family,
While Shaq is still immature and harbors bitter envy.

The Lakers would win the championship if they bring Shaq back to LA.
Kobe won’t get another ring without Shaq on the team.
June 25th, 2008 at 9:21 pm
“Why is Kobe hated so much?”
Lets see now…
1) Demanding that Andrew Bynum to be traded, only to see a massive improvement in his game the season after.
2) Insisting that his teammates be traded during off-seasons for players that Kobe likes.
3) Whining to the refs.
4) Cheating on his wife.
5) Causing Shaq to be traded at a time when O’Neal was one of the most dominant players in the league.
Is that enough for you?

All I know is that Shaq need to bring his ass to the gym and work on his game(especially on his free throws). And speaking of Kobe can’t do it without me, as I recalled, Shaq was still on the Lakers team when they got their asses handed to the Detroit Pistons back in 2004. So Shaq, I busted you right there with one lie. And what about you ruining the pick & roll run offense the Suns used to have? Oh Shaq your mouth is bigger than your head. Don’t you know people with big mouths will always lose? I can’t wait when the Suns go against the Lakers because your ass will be expose as the lazy bum you are Shaq. So go ahead and keep doing more wack free styles at a hip hop club because during the 2008-2009 season, it’ll be the year that Shaq career will come to a end. Then Kobe will look back at you and ask the question: Now Shaq, tell me how does defeat taste now?
