Nesterovic Back In Toronto

The Toronto Sun reports that Raptors center Rasho Nesterovic has exercised his player’s option for the 2008 season, keeping him in Toronto for at least one more year.

He is scheduled to make $8.4 million this season, which seems right for his productivity. He was a surprise for the Raptors this season, averaging 7.8 points per game and sometimes even being a leader of the team. He was the starter ahead of Andrea Bargnani, and should remain in that position for the whole 2008-09 season.
