Browns Bites

Browns vs. Ravens Tailgate Talk! (Bucks too!)

When this picture first appeared in my mailbox, one of the first things to come to mind was the climatic scene towards the end of the movie Road House. The scene I am talking about (of course) is when Patrick Swayze’s character Dalton is fighting the member of Brad Wesley’s gang who is supposed to be his equal. The bad guy makes the mistake of inciting Dalton as he’s kicking his ass by saying “I used to **** guys like you in prison!” Naturally, this doesn’t sit too well with Dalton as he proceeds to rip out the bad guy’s entire throat.

I’m not gonna waste anyone’s time with any Buckeye/Wolverine banter. Just take note that the bad guy in Road House is wearing the blue shirt. Screw the Blue! Go BUCKS!

OHIO STATE - 34 michigan - 17 We will miss you down here Lloyd…

On to the Browns. They actually got a shot to sweep the Ravens for the first time since Butch Davis was the head coach. Holy ****…he actually accomplished that?

Obviously, that was before he chose to blow up the entire defense immediately after the Browns only playoff appearance of the second reich.

This may be the biggest game of the year for the Browns considering the fact that the season can completely go one way or another depending on the outcome. If they **** the bed and lose, making the playoffs will be an uphill stuggle even with the weak schedule ahead. If they win, then they will have momentum back after last weeks loss in Pittspuke while riding neck and neck and neck with Tennessee and Jacksonville who is finally getting healthy.

Fortunately for the Browns, Baltimore’s solution to their offensive problems is Kyle Boller. Need we say more? Who cares the CB Chris McAllistor may be back…remember Braylon lighting him up in week three? Me too.

My only concern for the Browns is Jamal Lewis. He’s on one of my fantasy teams and he’s been lodged onto my bench for weeks. That streak will continue. Keep Derek Anderson, Kellen Winslow, and Braylon Edwards in your starting lineups.

Browns - 27 Baltimore - 16 Ravens kicker Matt Stover may be the only viable Raven fantasy option this week kids.

Wow, this was insanity to the fullest…leave it to the Clowns and the old Clowns to put on such a circus for all to enjoy.

(And I call us “Clowns” in jest…I always do…I’m as big of a Browns fan as any, but they always put on a circus act.)

How in the world do you let Kyle Boller - KYLE FREAKING BOLLER - tear you to shreds like that? I mean, I can understand Ben Roethlisberger or Carson Palmer. That’s totally understandable, although not acceptable. But understandable. But Kyle Boller? That has to be the cardinal sin of AFC North football - letting Kyle Boller pick you apart. I hope Romeo just lays into this defense again and starts questioning their manhoods. For two straight weeks this damn defense just can’t get off the damn field and makes their opponent look like the best team ever at converting 3rd downs.

That being said, as a fan, a win like this is a lot better than rolling up the Rats by 25+. Seeing those idiot, loser Ratbird fans celebrate after Dawson’s field goal was ruled “no good” and then seeing the Rats dance into the locker room, ONLY TO HAVE THEM BROUGHT BACK OUT…you can’t dream up stuff better than that. And then that idiot Brian Billick arguing about the reversed call even though the whole world could see that it crossed the plane. Then just watching us drive a stake RIGHT THROUGH THE HEARTS of that shit city of Baltimore and rip their soul out with their most devastating loss of the season. That just made my entire week.

Happy Thanksgiving, Browns fans. Happy Thanksgiving. And **** you, Baltimore.
