Scouting Report: Andre Woodson, QB, Kentucky

Andre Woodson showed all doubters that his junior season was not an anomaly when he had an even better senior season. One thing that must impress is that Woodson’s numbers didn’t drop once play began in the Southeastern Conference. The senior from Kentucky has a strong arm, and while his accuracy might be a bit of an issue at the next level, Woodson will not force passes. He is definitely not a runner, but Woodson can be elusive in the pocket and is capable of getting off throws under pressure. The most commonly mentioned concern is his awkward throwing motion; that might scare off some general managers.
Scouting Report
Pros: Has a strong arm and is hard to bring down with an arm tackle. Is accurate at short passes.
Cons: His numbers are inflated from throwing so many short passes. Low interceptions from low-risk passes.
Overall: Another Vick mentality in the league. Throw a pass underneath to get a completion instead of throwing for the first down. Might sell you tickets, but will never win you a Super Bowl.
