Lions - Rd 7 (216)- Landon Cohen, DT, Ohio

With the 216th selection in the 2008 NFL Draft, the Detroit Lions select Landon Cohen, defensive tackle from Ohio University.

The Lions came away impressed with Cohen after his visit to Allen Park on April 11th and believe the 6-3, 275 pound tackle with 4.95 speed will bring quickness to the defensive trenches. He started all 12 games for the Bobcats and was second team All-MAC as he finished with 59 tackles, 27 solos, and 12 tackles for loss.
