Four Legs Good, Vol. 13

It’s been two days since the Rams’ win over the Saints, and I’m still giddy.

Yes, we’re still 1-8. Yes, we may not win another game this season. But I had almost forgotten what this feels like. And now I can at least go back to making fun of 49ers fans for the week.

As we enter this fall holiday season and as you prepare to sit down for a Thanksgiving meal in just over a week, remember to give thanks to whatever it is you believe in for one simple fact: at least we aren’t Dolphins fans.

- Jeff Gordon of the Post-Dispatch saw some good (and unexpected) things in the win.

- Jim Trotter (Jeremiah’s distant cousin?) of SI.com reported that Marc Bulger gave Scott Linehan a game ball in the locker room Sunday; Linehan was visibly overwhelmed. You know, as inept as the guy may be, I feel for him. It’s been a tough year.

- It’s too bad Bulger isn’t as adept at interviewing as he was on the field, but this is the man to whom the Rams paid that hefty contract.

- What is this “A” and “B” you speak of? …Oh, it’s been so long.

- Oh, great. A Ram comes back, a few more get hurt to replace him. This must be one pretty serious karmic conspiracy.

- X of stlouisramsx.com has his post-game recap up and ready for everyone itching to relive the magic of the Saints game. If only he had the work ethic of yours truly and got it up sooner… (Just kidding, pal.)

I’m being brief today due to some time constraints that are out of my control (thanks, professors!). I’ll be back as soon as I get a chance.
