By Laura Ingraham’s Math, Mike Schmidt Is A Woman
Big thanks to Bugs and Cranks for tracking down video of Mike Schmidt bawling at his retirement speech. I love how he desperately tries to hold back the tears for the first 20 seconds or so, but suddenly loses it — and never quite regains his composure.
Remember Laura Ingraham, the Fox News commentator who called Brett Favre a “woman” for crying during his retirement news conference? Well, if she thinks Favre is a woman, then that would make Schmidt a six-year-old girl who just got her candy stolen. Of course, Ingraham’s thought process is quite screwy — her logic implies that males are superior over females, and reinforces the strict gender roles that are finally starting to fade from our society. But anyways, this post is getting too serious…enjoy the classic footage of a grown adult blubbering uncontrollably.
