I was a 2nd quarter away from missing the game. Suddenly, I am at my neighbor's house, and they were watching the game with their eyes glued to the television screen while sitting on the couch. By the end of the game, I saw one of the greatest comebacks I have ever seen in sports.
During the first half, I will admit that I was slightly disappointed at my team. Constant fumbles from my favorite player Reggie Bush. Late throws from Drew Brees. There were a few things going on in the first half that made me lost faith in today's game.
But in true Saints spirit, we took it back. We scored a touchdown, bringing the score to 24, which caused a huge prediction. If the Saints would have scored two touchdowns and two kicks, the score would've been even.
When the third quarter arrived, I was expecting a comeback, and the team gave us that. Darren Sharper returned an interception 42 yards for a TD to cut the lead to 24-17. I never got that out of my head. His determination brought the score up. Even though Miami made it through us numerous times and scored 17-34, the team disappoint me.
Now let's go to the fourth quarter. The quarter where we kicked some butt.
My boy, Reggie Bush, made one of the best football comebacks I've ever seen. With his speed, determination, and flexibility in strategy dancing, he scored on a 10-yard reverse to make the score 34-31.
Also, the one scene I can't stop thinking about is Jeremy Shockey's swift movie. He was running for the goal while defending. The only way the team brought him down was by catching his leg. I got the scene replaying in my head like a video game. It's the most strategical defense I've seen from him.
Drew Brees failed me in the beginning, but he came back, and I give him the biggest amounts of respect for that. I loved the way that he jumped to make that touchdown. No one was expecting that.
After all those performances, we ended the game 46-34. When we had 40 points, we were determined to keep the score that way, and we did. Aside from the team's offense, we had the best defense I've ever seen. We kept the Dolphins on their side until it was our turn in offense. The one thing I was shocked at was the constant droppings the Dolphins kept making after we scored 40 points. Every round, one player either dropped the ball while running, or dropped the ball once they missed a catch.
For me, it was the act of pressure to score a touchdown was the Dolphins.
In the end, I believe that this was one of the best turn arounds in the world. I never lost faith in the Saints. Many people around me thought they would lose during the first half. But like I said "It ain't over until 4th quarter and the timer reaches 0."
New Orleans Saints beat Miami Dolphins in Miami. The coach was pissed off (I saw the video on tv), and I hope their hometown isn't disappointed in their team.

Saints made an impressive performance during today's game. There is nothing to describe what the team did today. Every quarter, I see balance, teamwork, and not being afraid to take risks.
3rd QuarterIt was around the 3rd quarter that I was very impressed by this team. Charles Grant continued to make sure the Jet's weren't going to make a move. During the first run, Grant made it through and knocked Mark Sanchez, preventing the Jets from making a toss. Aside from that, he did a few things to prevent the Jets from making a touchdown.
One of the most recognizable performances Grant did was right after Reggie Bush made that fumble. When the Jets was about to make their first throw, Grant prevented it by hitting the ball while it was in the air, making it fall to the ground. Even though Reggie's fumble led to the Jet's touchdown, making the score 9-17, I was still amazed by Grant's performance.
There were many penalties that I have seem were Face Masks. If I could count how many Face Masks that were caused by the Saints and Jets equally this quarter, there would be a few, but not many.
After that touchdown, the Saints impressed me by doing their absolute best to stay on top. I was not only impressed by the fact that the Saints were doing their best to score another touchdown, but also because they were doing their best to keep the score that way it was: 10-17. Even during the last couple of seconds this quarter. the Saints kept the score the way it is.
Pierre Thomas did an amazing performance this quarter. This is a player who will do his best to score. Even if he gets knocked down one million times at once, nothing is going to bring him down.
In overview, the team did an incredible performance this quarter. Offensive and defensive wise, the team showed great teamwork.
4th Quarter
During this quarter, the Saints are still keeping their scores the same. All I have been noticing are a couple of penalties and mistakes. One mistake was when a Jet player ran towards one player before the game started.
Thomas scored a touchdown, bringing the teams score to 23, leading the Jets by thirteen points.
Forward into the game, Jets player Mark Sanchez made a second attempt at another side throw, but once again failed. Once the ball was thrown, the Saints made a successful interception after the ball reached Saints territory.
The team made several interceptions and defenses in order to keep their score. The game ends with the Saints dominating the Jets. 10-24
