Now that training camps are finally here, it is time to make predictions of how each team will do in 2010.
Here is my breakdown of each division in the NFC.
The Favorites: The favorite in this division has to be the Dallas Cowboys. Dallas had a very balanced offense led by QB Tony Romo that ranked second in yards gained, sixth in passing yards gained and seventh in rushing yards gained.
They also have a defense that was second in points allowed. They added rookie WR Dez Bryant in the draft to help their offense. A possible area of concern is still the safeties, which was a big reason the Cowboys were 20th in pass yards allowed. They also have to hope their offensive line comes together, as they did release OT Flozell Adams this offseason. He has since signed with the Pittsburgh Steelers.
The New York Giants started 5-0 last year, but went 3-8 down the stretch. A big reason for that was they allowed 32.4 points per game in their last eight games. Keep in mind this team won the Super Bowl in the 2007 season and finished as the top seed in the NFC in 2008…
