Top pay for Patriots way

Last week there was much fanfare as USA Today announced who makes the most with their list of NFL players earnings.
New England Patriots defensive end Richard Seymour topped the list at $24.7 million and admittedly $24 million came from his signing bonus in 2006.
Tom Brady also made the top 10 totaling over $16 million.† So although people may still debate the Brady v Manning scenarios of who is better.† Tom is getting paid and not just sipping Kool-Aid.
Boston Herald notes the Pats’ way does pay and although Asante Samuel is holding out in a contract dispute Vince Wilfork, Ty Warren and Ellis Hobbs are still cheaper even under Samuels ‘old’ contract.
In the end it looks as if Bill & Co. have continued to show where they value the players and top talent.
Not every player will receive a big up front bonus like Seymour, but most will eventually get paid.
It is too bad Samuel does see that yet.
IN BILL WE TRUST!
