Moss injured during Patriots training camp

Randy Moss has been an exciting addition to the New England Patriots. Whether it has been through fan discussions on his value to the team or the media view on his role with the Pats, Moss was somewhat of a concern.
In training camp, Moss has been a fan favorite and makes everything he does look so easy.
During Wednesday’s practice was no exception as Brady found Moss alone down the right sideline with Moss catching it in stride… a definite crowd pleaser!
A few plays later, Brady connects with Moss again as Moss makes a nice grab† over cornerback Randall Gay – again getting applause from the crowd.
As plays like these lead to Patriot Nation fantasizing on a Brady to Moss touchdowns passes on the road to the Super Bowl, you understand the concern when a few moments later Moss tweaks his left hamstring and walks off the field.
According the associated press and NFL.com wire reports:

A trainer applied an ice pack and wrap to the wide receiver’s upper left leg, and Moss didn’t return to practice. The ice pack and wrapping were taken off before the team left the field, and Moss walked off under his own power.

Belichick is never one to address player injuries with the media, so hopefully Patriot Nation will be able to begin today with a sigh of relief if Moss is active during the Patriots Thursday morning session.
GO PATS! AND STAY HEALTHY!
