What Went Right
1. Niemann is the man. Complete game shutout. Again…
2. Pat The Bat had two doubles while Pena and Longo both went deep in the 4th and 7th inning respectively. Zobrist also had a 2 out RBI but I’ve come to expect that. BJ also contributed himself with 3 hits. Nice job all the way around… Well almost… *Gabe*
3. The Rays Pen gets some much needed rest. They owe their thanks for the Giraffe.
…And What Didn’t
Hmmm… Gabe went 0 for 4 and earned himself a hat trick with 3 k’s.
Bottom Line
The Giraffe is proving to be one of our most consistent starters and it could be argued he’s currently our best starter… Look for a possible article on that in the near future. Also, the Sox won today and the Yanks are up
