Floyd has worked in the construction industry since 1968, when he bought a Mack B81 and started his own trucking company. He later started the business Diver’s Cove II, and then East Coast Diving in 1977. Floyd co-founded MVN Associates in 1985, and remains an essential and active member of the team to this day. Floyd oversees all aspects of construction to ensure our work lives up to MVN’s standards for quality, efficiency, and safety. Floyd can usually be found on-site, using his vast experience, creative problem solving, and attention to detail to direct crews and make sure things are getting done right.
