John Labeck

John has been working in heavy construction for over 17 years. He was attracted to the industry by the variety of the work and the opportunity to build tangible results that benefit so many people. John leads our mechanical division, comprised primarily of millwrights and boilermakers. His duties include finding and bidding work, managing and directing manpower, and ensuring quality and service standards are met to the client’s satisfaction. His favorite part of working at MVN is the diversity of the team, which leads to finding inventive solutions to unique problems.
