Kurt’s background as a Navy diver prepared him for life as a construction manager in marine services. His Navy service provided a great deal of experience in troubleshooting a variety of critical underwater issues. It also taught him the value of working with a diverse group of individuals, and learning to trust and support one another to become a team. Kurts favorite part of working at MVN is problem solving and emergency response—he thrives on figuring out problems, building the best crew for the project, and implementing smart solutions.
